Born and raised in Chicago, Dr. Koch grew up with an affinity for athletics, as well as helping people. A dancer for over 10 years, Omega has always had a passion for physical health. Graduating with a Bachelors of Arts from Columbia College in Chicago, Dr. Koch decided to return to school to pursue a career in physical therapy where she could use her love of athletics to help people heal. Dr. Koch received her doctoral degree from Rosalind Franklin University, in Lake Bluff Illinois.
While attending graduate school, Omega volunteered with GLASA, an adaptive sports association where she aided people with neurological dysfunctions in the performance of sports. Dr. Koch has continued her passion for both the neurological and sports populations, and while in Chicago, worked closely with the athletics department at Northwestern in Evanston, IL. Dr. Koch specialized in concussion/vestibular therapy as well as sports/orthopedic therapy, and continues to employ the latest techniques in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to help patients return to the activities they love.
